WOJ will handle all communication with broker dealers and investors so that you can focus on your core business and clientele. With WOJ managing your administrative and accounting requirements, your fund’s staff will save priceless time and value overhead capital. WOJ can also suppl third party verification for your investors. WOJ can also disseminate your fund’s monthly accounting statements, tax forms, and audit reports to your investors/brokers or whoever else may have this requirement. This distribution is usually done via email/electronic.

Distribution of Tracking and Offering Memorandum and Offering Documents
WOJ can distribute offering memorandum documents to prospective investors or broker dealers while handling the distribution list in accordance with private placement offering rules. We will keep original files and subscription agreements and documents.

Processing of Subscriptions and Redemptions
WOJ can assist with the processing of your subscription documents and redemption. This includes the drafting and/or review of your subscription agreements, investor questionnaires, maintaining contact with investor and broker dealers, verify redemption requests for eligibility and authenticity, and of course calculating distribution amounts n any currency.
